- 2 sachets of vanilla bourbon sugar
- 1 vial of vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 50 gr coconut
- 3 tablespoons flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Coconut biscuits:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
With the help of the mixer, beat the egg whites, as for meringue. Then add the two tablespoons of sugar and the Bourbon sugar sachets and mix again with the mixer until it melts.
After that, to mix the flour and the coconut we use the target. At the end we add the vanilla essence. We lined a tray with baking paper. We take with a spoon of the obtained composition and we put in the tray the balls of the composition.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, until swollen and browned.
Remove and powder with sugar.
